The bridge was made using the cork method as seen on this site. A dry drainage stream will run along the edge of dio as in previous pics.

Hello Lieut. Schlutz"
You're off to a great start. The bridge of cork looks
very good. It is hard to comment further until I see more
elements on the dio base. But so far, it looks very
interesting.
Have fun,

Some fine details still to be added, like anti grenade screens, etc

Looks exciting. I really like the look of the halftrack with the camo netting.
The bridge looks good too.

Looks very promising. I love the fact that there is 3 levels of height. A nice touch but gives a very realistic setting. The only nit-pick would be the stones of the bridge arch. The gaps are too wide on the outer circumference, but this can be easily rectified when painting and weathering. The tree is shaping up nicely.
The camo on the 250 looks great. The inside of the running wheels, behind the tracks and the inside of the front wheels are not weathered. You might want to add a wash in these areas as they stand out a little!
Keep it coming ... any figures planned?

Good start so far... I see you have been watching Big Jon's winding lanes. The key to your Normandy setting, and your ground work will be the diversity of the vegitation you plan to introduce. Would like to see/hear more of what you are planning to do. If you need suggestions or have questions feel free to contact me. I know you had interest in the hedges. Here is a pic to help you see the final product.
Good Luck!

hey there's plenty of progress going on there, you have been busier than I have !
The sight of all that plaster as ground finish looks familiar...I was sick of mixing the stuff up by the time I'd finished mine :-)

hi lt shultz i like what your doing here but unfourtunatly you,ve forgotten to put a key stone in the middle of your brick arch and it would seem from the photo,s that you have the bricks the wrong way round being tapered toward the arch , with this construction the bridge would colapse as soon as even a man walked on it
sorry to point this out but i,m a bricklayer by trade :-) :-)

Dry run set up with figures in place. Not sure whether to use more figures or not.....what do you think??
