Hello everyone,
I was just wondering. My other hobby other than models is Airsoft. Id like to paint my friends airsoft gun with camo, but im affraid if I just use paint, itll chip away. does anyone have any suggestions on what paints to use and what kind of protective seal to put over it? (some parts are plastic)
Thanks,

search the appropriate forum... not sure which one, i forgot. Some guy gives a full description on how to paint a paintball gun. Should be the same.
Basicly, if you want a good job, you'll need to strip the gun from its paint, then prime, and paint accordingly with some very tough paint.
Also, you might want to inform yourself on the process to paint cars and what they use to protect the paint.
Knowing how easily a bushball gun gets scratched, you'll need to varnish it and be carefully.
Also, i found a very nice camo ducktape at walmart i put on my teardrop barel, its a little shiny but once a dullcoat is one, the camoflage is amazing.... look at the hunting section. I put the same ducktape on my friends Zeus loader and he loves it.

Good luck stripping paintball guns..... they're mostly made of Anodized Aluminum..... At a minimum Proper Prep for the paint is Key!!!!
