Hi All,

I am taking a break from the wingy-thingies. Here is my Tamiya 1/48 M-4. Painted with Tamiya's XF-62 O.D., then 'zapped' with the dregs with some Polly Scale Reefer Orange added.

How do you define 'zapped'? :-)
Looks good to this stage... Does the kit come with any PE? Would come up good with mesh vent covers and thin brush guards...
Cheers

Hi Brian,

:-) Zapped = spot-highlighting/shading over the primary color of the model. Sorry, a Fredism :-)

No P/E. No doubt it is out there, or will be. The headlight guards are pretty thin--not P/E thin, but pretty nice.

Looks really interesting!

Thanks for sharing. It looks like I have to try this technique on my next Sherman .
