Hi,
this is a useful link:
http://www.ipmsstockholm.org/colorcharts/stuff_eng_colorcharts_tamiya.htm
TS-colors are spraycans? Can't help with that but
XF-65 equals to Hu116.
BR,
Niko

Well,
TS-1 Red Brown: Hu160, German camoflage Red Brown
TS-2 Dark Green: Hu30, Dark Green
TS-3, Dark Yellow: no straight option IMHO but very good mix: 1xHu110+1xHu34+1xHu83+1xHu84
These colors as you of course know are just one version of colors that can be altered with different techniques like filtering etc.
