Sorry guys,
I know this is old but could someone advise on the coloring for the tracks (for desert scheme)?
I am rushing this for the modern campaign!
Many Thanks!

metal with rubber pads. For a dester scheme id just paint the whole things metal grey give them a heavy balck wash to weather them, use some black pastel and rub it on the pads to give the effect of rubber then get some MIG(or any other pigments) desert yellow and mix a good deal up with some white spirit and rub it all in the tracks and in every little grove then rub the waste of and it should look like an effective dusty set of weathered tracks.
