Here's a link to a review Both DML and Zvezda make the Stalin 2's I believe Italeri had some out as well But they may have been old Zvezda kits re-boxed as Italeri

The biggest problem with the DML Stalin series is that the upper hull should sit up from the lower hull by 1mm or so The tracks barely fit in between the upper hull and the sprockets The DML versions need to have the sponsons filled in as well

I do believe that WeWillHold has built some Zvezda Stalins You may wanna get with him Or have a look in his photos to see if he has

That was the only link I could find for a review Hope that helps I have heard that the Zvezda tracks are bad

Yes the Italeri Stalins are the Zvezda kits reboxed.I used both the Dragon and Italeri kits to build my JS 2.
I put the Italeri Turret on the Dragon hull as it just looked better to me.
Overall though the Dragon kits are nice and can be found for a pretty low price sometimes.

No, you are thinking of the IS-III{& IS-IIIM}. Dragon and Italeri essentially cover the subject in plastic.
