That is the old story I have heard, that the tooling company in Denmark sent off the left overs to Firefox to sell.

I am not so sure...I saw a Firefox kit (held it in my hands) back in '96 or so. This was when lost of Lindberg T-80's were around. The Firefox kit APPEARED to be of even lower quality. Ugh.
Maybe it was the first attempt at a T-80 and Lindberg sent it back for a better showing?
