hi everybody, i`m looking for the base color of us tanks during ww2
i`ve searched the big "A" but maybe my english is to worst or i can`t
find anything about it

Hope im not on the wrong track here but the base colour for U.S. armour is olive drab.Tamyia is quite accurate just add some of their dark yellow to it

Probably the same dark red paint used to prime (= base coat) metal that is used almost everywhere. The Olive Drab top coat was very resistant to damage, so don't have too much of the primer showing.
