I just found this other at PMMS http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/newkitnews/newf.htm -click real model. 2 guntrucks , one nam and one modern. The OIF one looks very good and very useful indeed. Will definatly have to get a couple of these.

Oh **************** Rob !

Believe it or not, but i planes to do the oif guntruck Scratch out of the M923 Big Foot from Italeri and some MR-Models conversation sets.
But, i really love this one by real model !!!

I think i´ll buy this one and it will guard a M929A2 Dump druck in a colon with some stowage loaded...

Does anyone know the prices for the models ?????????

cheers
Pedro

check with Dave Willet, maybe he can give you some specs so you can scratch out your own modern day version To my knowledge there is no kit out there of an M-35 but once again, you can scratch a conversion out as Dave does it all the time.

An M35A1is available from AFV Club as their Nancy Guntruck. Also, it is pretty easy to back-date their M35A2 truck to an M35 or M35A1 model, there is no real external differances between them. I also believe the original guntruck that the conversion is based on was an M35A1, not an A2 as seen on the Real Model boxart.

95$ for the Iraq conversion

Maybe I'm nit-picking, but for $95, the Real Model guys should have done their homework correctly at least : the real vehicle is fitted with a hard top cab and a mix of Goodyear and Michelin tires.

I'm sure our resident guntruck expert Dave would not have made these mistakes...

For the Vietnam version you can use the Nancy kit or the M35 A2 version. The Assassin was built on the A2 version.

As far as the OIF versions it would be a lot cheaper to scratch build your own. You can buy a lot of Evergreen plastic stock for $95.00. Yo could build twenty to thirty trucks for that price.

Haha I should of checked the prices for these before I got so excited. $95 is very expensive considering that the OIF one is not very hard to do with a pile of plasti card and some good reference, ive got the Tankograd OIF guntrucks book, that gives great pics of the real thing and it doesnt look too hard.
