I think to recall that this topic was discussed a while back, but I can't find the post, so please excuse me if the answere is allready out there.
Whenever I get a PM a window asking for an Active X controller pops up. When I click "ok" explorer shuts down and I get the microsoft error report box. I have a desktop and a laptop in a wireless lan, and this only happens on my laptop. It happens only, as mentioned before, when I get a PM, and only on Armorama .
I guess there is something with my laptop, but I can't figure out what.
Any suggestions?
Erik

Happens on my lap top too. I think it has something to do with the latest Windows update.

If you are using a "LinkSys" wireless interface, try turning off the "data acceleration".
