Good morning to every one.I am a relatively new modeler(compared to some of you)!I used to model but due to lack of time i stored my "finished kits"for nearly a decade and now i'm back.My brother gave me a car kit by revell about six months ago and..that was it!I've been serfing the net since then realizind what a model should really look like :-) .Stepping on this site was a revelation!you people are really devoted to making life like projects.congrats to you all for your efforts but most important i ougth to thank you for all those tips that make your work admirable and mine a bit better!!It is a fact that a lot of questions were answered here but many more formed in my head also!I think that is the point, right?till the day i'll be able to show you some of my work i'll try to contribute any way possible. My only regret is that this site is an international one making it impossible to meet each other and visit each others"lab" :-) :-) .

Hello and welcome,
There is no need to wait to show your kits, show them now. Don't worry about the standard too much, I mean I show mine and they are nowhere near as good as some of the others.
Good luck and I hope to see some sfuff from you soon.

Hallo remearmr. That was fast!Well the problem is that i'm trying to remake them and they are kind of a..mess!Maybe the forum might help with a little problem i'm having. How on earth can i take apart in order to remake peaces like trails from a tank??other surfaces are easy to repaint and such but others must come off!

Welcome to the site.
I hope you find your stay a good one.
There are a lot of talented people here and all are willing to share thier ideas, techniques, and tips.
I think you will find that if you ask for help you will receive all the help you need.
There are people of every talent level here too. Everyone one of us has something to offer. I think we are all trying to improve some part of our modeling hobby.
Ask your questions and see what happens......
There are some ways of taking apart models. It may be pretty tough. There was a thread recently in the Armor forum that talked about it.
You may want to use the older kits as personal inspiration. Leave them as they are and start some new kits to see how you can improve. Then when you're done you can put the two side by side and see how far you've come.
