I have the DML Scud with MAZ 543 TEL in my stash. The only thing keeping me from building this is that I can't figure out the arrangement of the missile fuel tubes.
Google has yielded a lot of reference photos but I'm still having a hard time working this out. Anyone knows where I can find a diagram showing the layout?

I agree - the Maz 7310 is just an 'improved' version of the Maz 543 cross-country truck from which the TEL was derived. The actual equipment to launch the Scud should be the same as the design of the missle launch sytem wouldn't change to accomodate the truck, it's the vehicle that would be designed to accomodate the Scud. So it's a safe bet the launch tubes, rails, fueling hoses and associated equipment would be the same.
