Are the roadwheeels on a JSU 122 metal or rubber? I can't seem to find a reference and I've seen them both ways on other guys models. Was it both?

That is certainly what I thought and what my refs suggest but I've seen some peoples build where the surface of the wheel was flat black! Maybe just screw-ups but I've seen it a few times too many so I was thinking that maybe they knew something I didn't. Can you think of any reason why they would model the wheels flat black ?
Thanks for the clarification!
