Which of the Abrams has the aircondition unit on the back, or what looks like an airconditon on the rack, and will this be included in dragons new kit, and if not, dose anyone around here know where to get one, and are they used in Iraq right now, and if so, dose anyone have any pics of them or know any units that are using them and what branch would they be?

I think that you are reffering to the APU. The Abrams carries an external Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) in the left rear of the bustle rack. It provides power to the turret systems when the main engine is shut off.
From svsm.org :
AFAIK, Army and USMC M1A1s are usually fitted with it but you can finds pics of OIF A1s on which it has been removed (like those of the 1-64 Armor Regiment, 3rd ID). On the M1A2, the APU has been moved to the inside of the hull. Tamiya M1A1/A2 kit includes it, and Dragon OIF Abrams kit too. The looooong awaited new Dragon M1A1 AIM kit will include it of course (and judging by the available sprue shots, it seems it will be improved in comparaison with their previous rendering). You can also find one in Legend's M1 accessory set.

On the M1A2, the APU has been moved to the inside of the hull.
Actually M1A2 has APU in the bustle rack, just like M1A1.
Only M1A2SEP has the APU inside the hull and these tanks have different large device in the bustle rack: VCSU - vapour condensation system unit, which is a part of air conditioning system. This system is however meant to cool down mainly the electronics inside the tank, not the crew, although the crew benefits from it a bit as well.

Cam,
If you are indeed referring to the VCSU, than like Pawel says... their only on the M1A2 SEPs, there are quite a few in Iraq. And there's nocticable physical differences between the SEPs and other Abrams. There is no available kit of the VCSU yet, you've got to scratch-built it among other upgrades on the SEP.
I believe that Dragon's anticipated M1A1 AIM will include the most accurate APU ( to be released in June) and based on the sales of this kit will be the deciding factor if they release the SEP version.
Here's a couple of links for the SEP info, and one built by Jim Lewis "Guntruck" where I got my info to start on my build...Included is a link to prime portal where my 2 kits are based.
BTW, I sent you a PM regarding the MCD.
