The A.A. u - boat is started, a little better than the Azimut s - boat, but still a missaligned mess. The metal parts are poor and the instructions are no better than guess - work. The deck gun and the 2cm a.a. gun are being considered unusable, they are that bad. Sorry about the duce, threw that and the ever present German officers in there for size reference. This sucker measures in at 6' couple of inches, in metric thats ....... long.
Alot of filler and sanding and mixed drinks are next, than a sunken freighter and one at berth, in metric that oughtta take , ...... long.
Question, I really would like to model the ice breaker thingie on the bow, but this is to be in a North African port, also would like to model the sub as u -552. Research does not show that particular sub in the Med. but near Gibralter in 41 - 42, I believe. Also I would like to model the sub in a break up pattern so it's really off base historically as u -552, ....... pushing the artistic license card too much ?
Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks in advance - Cheyenne

Hi mate,
looking really good, this dio is going to be huge. Historically if you hadn't of told me I'd never have known.
As for the vehicle on the deck it probaly isn't starting as the engine has been flooded.
Cheers Robbo
