Whoa Dave she came out great, I love it! What about the…I think they look just right. This ones right up there with ‘Eve of Destruction”. What the plans on this one, or just for yourself. Is there a chance you can show a pic or two on how you made the mini gun mount and what kit .50cal do you use.
Your Gun Trucks are an inspiration, something I needed. So what on the bench next Dave!
Great Job,

Thanks Joe. I use what ever I got for the 50's and 60's. The next project is the Diorama base for the William Seay Medal of Honor winner. I have all the trucks and the M 551 and APC built. Just the base and the figures to finish. It has to be all done by the 10 of June in time for my trip to Va.

Just curious, the Mini gun on the Nam looks like the XM134 but what's the one in the other pics? It looks a lot bigger. Nice build too
The mini gun on the 1/1 scale replica truck is a 7.62 mini gun with flash suppressors on it. Don't ask me why I could not begin to answer. The builders of the replica truck used what they could find to build their version. Some of the items used were not on the original truck. Fro instance the front and rear lights are from the A2 version five ton but the cargo body is from the M54 five ton. They made their taillight brackets to relocate the lights to the position that they are in the photo. The weapons on the truck are reproductions that are gas operated. When you fire them off there is a lot of noise. Sounds almost like the real thing.

Heck go and build one of the many 2 1/2 ton trucks. It would be very little to actually scratch build. And I know you could build a first class one.

Great Guntruck as usual Dave. Excellent job. I think the Razorback came out looking great. Did you hand paint it, or make a decal for it? So how many Guntrucks have you built now? I can't keep up with them all.

Thanks Gino I made a decal of the razor back.
This one brings the total up to 146 gun trucks.

I only have a little over three hundred to go, not counting the OIF trucks now.

It is indeed a beauty! (again!!) I love the painting on the side. Your trucks really make me want to give these M54's a try myself.
Congratulations on this one!
