We seem to be having a recent addiction to Guntrucks lately. I really like this one though! The base ties in very well with the actual Guntruck and absolutely love all the equipment thats on it. Must have taken awhile to get it altogether though.

Great job Charles!

Oh don't worry Vinnie, I was just thinking out loud about my past builds and how quick most of the wonderful members here would shout out their positive or constructive critism as soon a model was put up.

Just surprised that only one had replied, that's all. The first thought that came into my head was maybe it wasn't a good build. Aah! paranoid is setting in :-) I do value everyone's opinion, wheather good or bad. Thanks for viewing everyone and thanks for putting it up again Vinnie. I know you try and push me to do better and improve where ever it seems necessary. I appreciate it. Thanks.

Sorry Charles, I've been busy doing yardwork to keep my house from being declared the ghetto and didn't find your gem until now. I love the Low Flying Aircaraft and Wanted signs. Nice job.

Thanks guys. No need to apologies. Like I said I was merely thinking out loud. No big deal but I do appreciate your comments. Thank you all. Now on to making some figures.

Howdy Charles,

I have been an avid admirer of your work for some time Not only here, but in other places I have seen it. Your attention to the details, and spending the synapse-time properly balancing all of your 'small' things is only part of what puts your work IMHO opinion, at that 'bar-setting' level my dear sir

As to the surprising lack of members chiming in, all I can say is; they must all be busy picking themselves up off the floor having knocked themselves unconcious.....that type of experience cna most definitely leave one speechless!

I also considered {at one time} building a tractor-trailer based Iraqi Guntruck. Mine was going to be based on a photo I saw of a Super HET tractor decked out in GunTruck attire. Since I happen to own the Accurate Armour Super HET kit, and really didn't have the time to build the entire tank transporter version, I tried to convince myself that just building the tractor portion would be a quick an simple project.....but them I took another look at ALL of the pieces required for just the tractor portion and said ..........hmmmmm ....maybe next time.

Hey Charles....there are so many items in your dio I have questions about, but I will just simple say your atttention to the opened cab area was truly enjoyable

Keep 'em comin'

Tread.

Thank you Gordan for those uplifting words. Truely appreciate it. I do try my best to get as close of a representation of the actual model as possible. I love looking at items that are not so common and then do them. Being different it's what keeps me going. I still have alot to learn but I'm enjoying it.

I too have been wanting to do a tractor version of the HET but the price put me off completely. I would love to see your version if you ever get around to doing it. I have another guntruck to do but before that I'm starting on the Atiligan M113.

Please, if you have any questions about my build please let me know. Iäll be glad to answer them for you.

Now I need to start building some figures. So if you guys can give me any suggestions on some good quality figures to use on this dio and my next one, I'll be grateful. Thanks.

Don't forget, this item was posted during the big US holiday weekend and is our "official" start to the summer vacation. Most Americans were out cooking on the grill and participating in outdoor summer activites.

Thanks again Erik. I used the Italeri 925A1kit for this build. I always tend to use thier kit becasue it's cheaper and easy to convert.

The Italeri 925A1kit it is? Okay, now I know. I saw this model kit in my hobby store a few days ago. I will go buy it and try to do the same. Thank you for sharing your work.
