Well here it is, first MEOW progress topic
As some of you know i built this one in 2 nights work total 4-5 hours.
whats left is to build a figure for it and hatches and than off to painting, end time estimation? 7-10 days since im moving into new apartment with my fioncee so no modeling corner set up yet

Looks good so far. I didnt know that the kit came with an engine. Nice added touch of detail. cant wait to see it painted.

Do you intend to display the engine , if so is it glued in place ?
I was just wondering because it may be difficult to paint if its glued in

Its glued in, but its accessible enuff for brush painting, and yes, the hatch can be left like on the pics, removable
will be a bit tricky but can be done!
but, i admitt i glued before thinking of painting process

I love the engine!!!! My favorite all time tank. Packed the punch of a King Tiger, had the speed and manueverability of a Panther. And with that thick sloped front armor was virtually impossible to take out from the front. Don't like the way they did the rear ddeck where the screens go on this kit. I think I would have to get a set of the Panther grills to add to the kit.
