I am looking for any good photos [detailed] of the M4a1 sherman with the mineroller. Can anyone please help?

Detailed? Well Zaloga's "US Armored Funnies" has most of the known pics of an M4A1 with the T1E3 Minerollers. On pp 52, 53 & 55.

Things to note are that they are late production small hatch 75mm gun tanks with the cast in hull armor reinforcements. They also are later turrets with the cast in cheek armor and the demonstration vehicles are even the high bustle turret w/oval loader's hatch.

I'm finishing this very subject (that's why I know where the pics can be found). I used the DML M4A1, added the hull armor and thickened up the turret cheek. The Verlinden T1E3 set is very complete save for a set of cleaning teeth attached to the U section that holds the rollers. Feel free to contact me offsite for more discussion. [email protected]
