good muddy undercarriage base coat color?

When weathering the undercarriage of tanks I've often seen modelers refering to humbroll's dark earth as a base color. None of the shops here have humbroll paints (besides I use only acrylics), so what would be a good alternative? I've tried Polly-Scale's british dark earth, but it looks too...i don't know...chocolatey I think. Essentially I'm having trouble getting that muddy bottom look down.

Tamiya XF-52 Flat Earth is listed as match on a Humbrol cross refernce chart I use.

I agree with Don
If you can get Tamiya's XF52 Flat earth , it is a nice shade of dried dirt/mud and makes a good base for weathering
Of course it all depends on which theatre of operations you intend to portray your project as operating in
