Hello All Midnight Sun Flyers,

Soon I will be posting progress pics of my Classic Airframes Buffalo.

It is challenging with fit problems, but I think it will not be insurmountable.

I've settled on WO Ilmari Juutilianen's BW-364 "orange 4", Autumn ' 42. Any of you who also want to do this plane, feel free.

Looking forward to everyone's progress!

Fred

Hello Fred

I will definitely do Hans Wind, so no poblem here ... still I do not know which No. it will be.

Keep us updated ... maybe I'll join later in july --- too many projects in the line now and I see the danger of distraction :-) :-) :-)

cheers

Steffen

Right now I'm leaning towards BW-393, Capt. Eino Luukkanen, 1942.
In the painting instruction sheet, the side view of this plane shows no white camo but the top view showes white, green, and black. Am I reading this wrong?

And, being the chicken that I am.......I'm going to hold off on begining my build until you fellows have sorted out all the bugs with this kit. That way I'll know what to look out for.

^Looking at the instructions, Capt. Eino Luukkanen's plane (Autumn 1942) has the usual black/green scheme and the upper view with white winter camo refers to 1st Lt Hans Wind's mount (circa Winter 1943).

Well, I guess if I'd have read the fine print instead of just looking at the pictures I could have figured that out myself. :-) :-)

Thanks Eutu
