Hello!
This should be my 100th post here!
I finished this beast yesterday evening! It's the Tamiya kit, not the best but easy to build. I used Mig Pigments for the first time and I must say they are MAGIC, especially for making the mud! I know it's probably one of the worst kits ever, but I'm quite satisfied about the result: it's a confirmation that even OOB built models are satisfactory with a good weathering! Here are some in-progress and definitive shots!

Base colour (Humbrol 150 Matt forest green)+filter with a darker green

Weathering: washes with oils and enamels, selective washings with Raw Umber and drybrush with a round brush with Burnt Sienna+Raw Umber to simulate a general paint chipping

Now the funniest part: MUD! Made with A LOT of Mig Pigment European Earth+ A LOT of Humbrol Matt Varnish (49)

...and DUST! Same pigment applied by brush

Finished!

Photos taken with a Sony DSC-P72 on tripod, with the flash turned off and no zoom. Background made with two A4 white sheets!
Thanks for watching!

Gday Giacomo
What I was really impressed with was the use of the round brush for the paint chipping effect... Has turned out quite effective!
Good show with an old kit

Cheers
