I'm planning of converting ony of my M1A1 kits to the M1A2 SEP standards ; I need detailed, closeup images of the following:

1. UAAPU (hull fittings);
2. New fittings on rear deck and near taillights;
3. GPS Mount and cabling;
4. TMS and VCSU with associated connections;

Planform views and measurements of the TMS are what I need most, as it seems this really needs to be built from scratch.

Any help is most appreciated. Hopefully, the masters who have built M1A2 SEPs such as guntruck, HeavyArty, and AngryDog could give some insights?

The modification I made are eye-balled from the real tanks. Give me some time and I'll get the pics together and get some measurements for you... however they are adapted to fit the tamiya and trumpeter kit differently..So which kit are you modifying???

Can't help you with measurements for the VSCU but I'll send you the pics.. haven't worked on that yet as I'm working on other abrams adaptions like the scissor mount and another gun shield..
