I have recently bought a small sparmax compressor. It is the type that runs constently and has a moisture trap.
After using it for approx 5 min it starts to spit out small splatters of water from my airbrush at regular intervals. Its %^&*(()())__$# me off.
Is this type of compressor useless, is there a fix to this problem or should I invest in a compressor which buids the air up and shuts untill a refill is needed.
Any help please.

Have you considered using an "in line" moisture trap - one that goes in the air line from compressor to 'brush ?
May be a cheaper option than a new compressor.
