Hi Jim,
I've noticed over the last couple of times that I have added photos to my gallery that regardless of the file size, the photos once posted onto a thread all appear quite small. Am I doing something incorrect, or is this normal? I'll add a photo to show the difference between a posted photo and one within the gallery which can be enlarged. The level of clarity is substantial.
thanks,
Frank

I have experienced the same thing. I post pictures like I have always done, but they come out quite small. The large images are available in my gallery though.
I have seen lots of large images posted here, since changes were made to the gallery, I think they might be hosted else were.
The small images can be a problem if your camera can't take closse ups very well. Particularly when taking pictures of 1/35 or 54 mm figures.
I dont have an answer for you, I can only say I have the same experience/problem.
Happy modeling

Hi Fellas,
I noticed that a while back myself. If you look at the "properties" of the photo in the post you'll notice the word "medium" in the file path. The photos in the posts are "adjusted" photos. I believe you'll find it is the same as the photo in the gallery, before you click on it to enlarge it ?

Frank, copy and paste in the normal way, make sure the original image is no larger than 600 pixels wide, and then remove the word 'Medium' from the pasted link. I've edited your link above to show what I mean, although the image is wider than 600 and so pushes off the page. 600 is optimum, anything wider and it's a pain!

Nothing to do with the theme of your post, I just wanted to say that's one helluva good looking Cromwell!
