I thought we were doing better lately. Especially when I noted we had over 70 users online earlier this afternoon. Of course during that visit the site imploded and shut down completely. I wasn't even able to revive it by normal means (meaning the whole server was down) and Interland had to be notified to reboot on their end.
The good news is that I may be able to afford the dedicated server upgrade after speaking with a client the other day. With what they are paying me for the job and the amount they will be paying monthly it should work out.
Keep your fingers crossed and sorry for the outages.
Jim

Scott,
Lol...well the "client" I was speaking of is actually not related to the site or the model industry. But wouldn't it be grand to have Tamiya or another big maker be our sponsor. ::sigh::
:)

How about we all "donated" some money. Since it's non-profit, you can make it tax-deductable.
Well, I'm serious about the first, kidding about the last. On the other hand, I hate to see this becoming a pay-site. But a donation for an upgrade on the server ... we can be good for another year or so.
Just a suggestion from a fellow IT-geek-Modeler.

Thanks for the idea, Belgian, I am not exactly an idea man, but I know a good idea when I see one.
