Im fitting Mr Models Avenger conversion to Tamiyas M1025 and need some detailed pics of this vehicle, especially the front interior and the area were the 2 passangers would normally sit in a Humvee. I have a few questions aswell:-
The Mr conversion comes with what looks like a camera or rangefinder that they say you should fit up front where the radio shelf is. I tried to fit this aswell as a the radio shelf and the 2 will not fit in there together-does that range finder thing need to be in there?
What goes in the gap where the passnger seats would normally go. On the avenger the driver and second passanger are sectioned off from the rear-like on am M998. Should be there be a gap where the 2 rear passnger seats would be or is this well filled at all-on am M998 is that a metal plate covering it which brings the rear compartment all up to the same level.

Rob,
I found the Operator's manual, it is TM 9-1425-433-10. I am trying to find a hard copy or a copy on CD so I can find out for ya.
But I think what you are talking about up front is the remote control unit and yes, it needs to be there.

Thanks guys!
Yer Pete I think it is the remote unit im on about becuase I found a pic with this unit sitting on a table away from the Avenger with a load of cables plugged in. Is it mounted onto to anything upfront?

Rob,
Look at Picture 08 of the ones that Vulcan 20 pointed you out to. There is a platform in between the seats that it sits on. I'm not 100% sure, but I bet it locks in place and is straped in.
