Just wanted to thank Erik Ahlstrom for posting the photos of the Panserbil M/31 a wonderful 1930s era armored truck. It would make a wonderful scratch build. (1/48-1/50th of course).

Hey Dave. I see you made it here. Cool.
Sorry to say, I still haven't gotten at your MOWAG stuff and Armored Car write up yet. It's on tap.

Hello!
It seems like there are more swedish members. I think Eric is from sweden just as me. Anyway, if you want to do a swedish car with the designation m/31 you can make an m31F. That is basically a russian BA 10 minus its gun. 3 pcs (?)where bought from Finland during the second world war. They were minus engines, weapons and wheels. Intended use as command cars, but I am not positive about how they eventually were used. Maybee Eric has the full story?
As a new member I must say that this is one of my favorites on the net. I am thankfull for the oportunity to reed the Armored car journal. Amasing!
