I've recently purchased Migs Modern Russian Tank Crew and am inquiring what color of green to use

Go to Corbis.com. Search using the words "Russian tank".

You will find lots of images of modern Russian tank crews. The uniforms fade the same as regular clothes over time and when used in different environments.

It is nearly impossible to state a single out of the bottle colour for any uniform.

It would be like asking "which blue is used for blue jeans?" It's all in the eye of the modeller.

You will probably have to mix paints to get what you want, and alter it for shading and highlights. You will probably actually need a variety of tans for the uniforms and a greens and other colours for the camouflage jacket.
