I'm painting the seated guy in this set (#35031) with the right hand on his hip. While I was painting it, I realized I don't know what tank he would be appropriate for and which battle - Normandy? Kursk?
Can you help?
Thanks,
Felix

Hello
The WSS type camo coveralls were worn from 1942 and on
by many AFV, recon crew and even some grenadiers.
However, most of WSS tankers and Stug crews wore them
during the Kursk battle.
