Help!, Ive got dried Acrylic Paint overspray all over my canopy, Is there anyway to remove it, Safely without fogging?

THe first thing I'd try would be to sharpen a tooth pick and try to scrape it off. The soft wood should not scratch the canopy. You will have to sharpen often.
Even if you do get some fogging you can use steel wool and some really fine wet sandpaper (in the 1xxx) and buff it out then get some light polishing compound.
