Ok, as patient as I have tried to be I am at the point where I cant take it any more :-

I have given up on trying to assemble the DML indy tracks for my Operation Cobra Sherman. Can someone tell me what type of rubberband track I need to buy to put on this thing. I dont want to shelve the kit as the build has gone pretty good so far. This is the first Sherman I have build so I know nothing much about it being a long or short hull or anything like that.

Any help will really be appreciated.

Thanks

If you want to go with rubber band type tracks, you need to look for tracks for standard hull shermans. This means 78 instead of 83 links per side (or something close to that).
Hope this helps a little.

edit: 49ers? BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info on the tracks.

By the way, I made that banner from a photo I took at last years 49r/Cowboy game in SF. Standing right below the lettering is the whole lineup of cheerleaders :-) :-) :-)

Obviously then, you're photo editing skills leave a little to be desired. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
You kept them to yourself and didn't share them with us...how rude. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Gday Mark
You can use the T-48 tracks from the Tamiya M4 kit. If you need a spare set, PM me and I'll jet some over to you...
Cheers
Brad

Had no intention of being rude
I will have to work on compressing the photo a bit more, if I dont it just shows a group of scantily clad ladies without meaning :-)

Brad, what would it cost to send them from your location? I would plan on paying for the post?

I'd be insulted if you insisted
Drop me a PM with mailing address and I'll send 'em your way... Hope they don't melt in that Ca. sun!
P.S. I Just remembered you're a 49ers tragic... Maybe you could pay the lot? :-) Just kidding... The first game I ever watched was SBXXIV... 55-10. Felt sorry for the Broncs and have followed them ever since...
