I wouldn't say that it was specific, but it was common. I did mine with ship planking. It comes in 3"x24" sheets. I added the wood work around it, base board and top rail from strip basswood. The upper level would have been apartments, lodging, or the owners residence...
Simple wood table and chairs would suit your purpose just fine. Any of the furniture is pretty simple to build, just depends how detailed or how fancy you want to get...
