I am building a AMX 13 and was wondering if anybody has put anything like this together before. Because I am having problems with it wondering if anybody has any tips. Thanks

Try this site Michael. I built the original one about 20 years ago, but back then I just glued and brush painted.

What specific problems are you having? I built this as the Israeli version then bought another to mate the turret with a Sherman to make an Egyptian tank. I don't recall any big trouble spots (but I've been building for a very long time.

i am noy very experianced but i am putting on the treds and they didn't go on, I tryed mutiply ways to put them on but if you could tell me how you did it that would be great. Thankz

Easiest way is to leave off the drive sprocket and/or the idler wheel, place the tracks on then attach the sprocket and idler wheel.

Sabot as a general rule you would be correct. The tracks on the heller kit are a bit on the tight side. I remember breaking off the pin from the Idler wheel a swearing for the rest of the day. Michael I have two answers for you one requires money the other patience.
1) money -- Go to Accurate armours's web site and buy their track set
2) get your hair dryer and gently heat the tracks it will soften them up enough to get in the vehicle. Watch it however as to much heat and bye bye track
