I am currently working on the Trumpeter Leopold and was wondering about weathering it. It is being painted German grey. Any help and direction is appreciated. Thanks all

As a railroad vehicle, all wethering would be dusty.Imagine the largest concentrations on line with the wheels.Otherwise, being exposed to the elements, there should be fading on top surfaces, and rain streaks down the sides.Add to that the usual wear from the crew walking on it...

Do some research----look in a book, call up a website. If you see a picture of the real thing, you might understand what you are attempting. Most weathering is self taught and according to the taste of the modeler. Don't ooverdo it by putting rust on everything, or covering it up with mud
