Hi there,
I have a question to ask that has probably already been discussed here in the past. I am about 75% finished with the construction of the Tamiya T34/76 "ChTZ" version, 1943 production, kit. My question is in regards to the hatches. What color was the interior side of the hatches? I have all of them in the open position so I want to make sure I paint them correctly. Thank all of you for your help.

On another note, I really have enjoyed building this kit. It has gone together very easily and I would recommend the kit to anyone. It has sat in my stash for a few years and I decided to get it out and build it the other day. I am glad that I did.

Thanks everyone. HARV

The inside of the hatches is the same color as the base color of the rest of the tank. I've built the Tamiya T-34 before. A fairly simple kit that was fun to build. Not the most accurate T-34 on the market, but was good enough for me back in the day.

This shot of the interior of the hatches is from the Tankmaster site, and is part of a set showing the restoration of a T-34 recovered from a swamp. Shows a few details Tamiya left off.

Interior colours were the same as the exterior colours!
