I'm looking for detailed shots of the smoke grenade launcher as fitted to M1046 Humvee's with 101 ABN in Iraq during 2003. These were seen during the battle to arrest Saddam Hussein's sons.
This consisted of one mount on the rear RHS corner, facing rearward.

You can see them sort of in the pictures below. From the looks of it, the launcher is not there, just the mount. There is a standardized smoke grenade launcher on humvees now and if that is what it is in this case, I'll see what images I can find. I'm away from my home computer which has a bunch of images showing the launcher, so I'll try the best that I can.

Ah, never mind. It isn't a smoke grenade launcher mount in the photos. It looks like a GPS antenna. Either way, here too is a close up of the smoke grenade launcher from an M1114. Sorry big image, but its all I got. Image courtesy of the US Army.
