Hi guys,
Maybe some of you remember but i announced to build a big " Operation iraqi Freedom " diorama. Well, I´m still working.
At the Moment i´m working on two M1A1HA from the Tamiya kit of the M1A2 OIF version.

My Question : Is this Commandant cupola on the Turret of the M1A1HA movable ? I modified the cupolas so, that i can turn them for 360 degree.

I saw a lot of Abrams in the Internet, but i saw none which had his commandant cupola showing in another way, as the normal position does.

Please help me, i want to have some extraordinaire Abrams´ so please let me know if they are movable.

Are all cupolas, even the ones at the M1A2´s movable ??? If i take a look to the M1A2 cupola in the Kit, it seems that in reality it´s movable.

Please Help !!!

Cheers !

Martin

Cupola in all M1A1 versions can move 360 degrees.

But cupola in M1A2 does not. Only the ring on which the machine gun mount is based moves around the cupola.
