I really enjoyed this kit and was able to try some different weathering techniques. While not as advanced as the Trumpeter KVs, but with a cut down JR barrel and some free Trumpeter rubber tracks it turned out nicely (I think)

Hey are you guys twins?
I like how you did the roadwheels on your KV-1. Are they from Hussar?

Wow. Great weathering job. I especially like how the exhaust pipes are rusted. Great job on the paint and weathering

Did you have any difficulties with the drivers hatch? Mine doesn't fit right. Good looking model, nice job.

Hey Steve, good looking KV you got there, I love the weathering on it!
However I'm afraid you got the slogan to short, right now it means "The victory will be" (pobyeda budet)
but it should be "the victory will be ours (or with us) " (pobyeda budet za nami).
Cheers
Grzegorz

I did not have a problem with the hatches, I did glue the drivers hatch shut though
