Does any one know how to make the lengths of tied rope seen on Paratroopers' waists in Normandy? Just wanted to know for a bit of customistation!
Also, does anyone know how to, or ever made a 1:35 parachute??
Cheers

I think what you're talking about is called a toggle rope. I'm sure it had several uses. They were designed to be linked together via a loop at one end and a large wooden dowel at the other. Between several troopers this would make a larger rope for clearing obstacles and such.
