There's no 1/35 kit as Animal states. However, I do have some photos and info available at
http://www.warwheels.net/M37ArmoredPersonTruckINDEX.html .
Also, someone had submitted a beautiful conversion in the IPMS/USA Nats contest and I'll be posting some pics shortly.

Once upon a time, Skybow announced they were going to do the M-37, but they abruptly gave up on 1/35th scale and sold their existing molds to AFV Club and switched to 1/48th. Presumably, no actual molds had been cut for the Dodge, and AFV Club has given no indication that they plan to do one.

I believe that Great Models may have them in stock. Also check out Internet Hobbies.

As far as the conversion goes. I did this one a few years ago. You will need to narrow the cargo bed for one thing and build the rear portion of the cab and make some doors. The running boards have to be modified along with the headlight grill. I can not remember the actual measurements for the conversion and I do not have the model to take them.

It's the WC-54 you're looking for, if you want the WW2 weapons carrier. The Italeri kit is out of stock at Great Models, buth the staff car version is available. Bilek has some of the Italeri molds right now, though they charge more money for these ex-Peerless Max moldings. Available from Great Models.
Skybow did all new versions the WW2 Dodge trucks and staff car in 1/35th scale, and these are available now under the AFV Club label. Much better detail and the parts actually fit. You will have a lot of work to convert one to an M37, though.

1/48 scale Great Hobbies is selling one for 135.99
SKBTP3507 — M37 3/4-Ton Truck 135.99
A little steep for me but you might want one.

The AFV kit is a better choice for the conversion. I have plans on doing another one and I will be using the AFV Club kit.

Hmmmm...
Actually Great Hobbies also list the following -
SKBTP3507 — M37 3/4-Ton Truck @ $135.99
SKBTP3508 — M41 Walker Bulldog Light Tank @ $135.99
SKBTP3509 — M52 105mm Self Pro Howitzer @ $135.99
SKBTP3510 — M42 40mm Self Propelled Gun @ $135.99
SKBTP3511 — Dukw 353 2-1/2 Ton @ $135.99
Hot Damn!
Skybow actually made molds for alla those, you might think (okay, I know they did the M41 Walker Bulldog) - except 'Great' Hobbies lists them all as Out Of Stock, which is surely the oldest trick in the marketer's book.
So they're lying.
Pity.
