Masking Flim anyone?

hello guys
have any1 tried those transparent masking flim which comes in rolls like kitchen towel?

not sure if it works well on models?

If you are talking about 'artists Frisket' which is a low tack masking film, then yes it can be used and I have done so. From the packaging it spoke more of airbrush art.

My main experience is in the world of aircraft modeling on the whole where there are larger areas of flat surface. For military models I have used it mainly to make masks for painting wheels and tyres, before I bought a circle template.

However I will still use it at times as you can cut stencils for lettering and similar.

The best suggestion is give it a go and see what you think.
