IT IS NOT, I repeat: IT IS NOT A NEW KIT!
This is just reissue of their old kit with no changes to Firefly parts whatsoever. The only difference is that previous US edition included another turret for 105mm version and this "new" one most likely does not.
New Firefly Ic kit will be released in coming months and it will be kit #6228

Greetings Admin Folks,
Thanks for altering the title and tidying up the duplicated post, apologies I must have double clicked on the submit button.
Anyway thanks guys.
Would anyone know how the dragon kit numbers work? I thought the 9000 series was for the most recent stuff or are they for re-released kits or upgraded kits?
Be interestd to know.
Many thanks

Just a small correction - new kit will be released later this year (if everything goes well), not later this month.

Hi Pawel,
Next years a long way away so this one's in the bag in the mean time, as I wasn't modelling when the original came out.
New or old it's a new one for me and will be fun to build. Thanks for the input and I'll look forward to the New Version when she arrives.
You wouldn't happen to know anything about the British Sherman III that was mentioned earlier in the year. That will be cool if any when it arrives.
Cheers

Hi There, The 9000 Series are DMLs Imperial series. Usually somebody else's basic kit i.e. Gunze upgraded by DML. Most of Shanghai Dragon kits also have the 9000 number.[Do you get these in the U.K.?] as they're a good bit cheaper. All of DMLs completly new molds have the6000 series of #. Ithink i got that right, if not im sure somebody outthere will set it straight. JOHN.
