Anyone have any info on what the actual steering setup looks like on the HEMTT? I realized the tie rods that Italeri has mounted are not right. Are the rods mounted to the upper side of the axle instead of the lower side like Italeri has them? Or maybe some type of front axle to rear axle push-pull type setup?

Thanks,
Taylor

The tie rods are correct. What is missing is the steering arms from the steering gear box on the frame. There is a steering gearbox on the left side frame between the two wheels. The two axles are connected by a steering arm as well to turn both as the gearbox pushes/pulls the main steering arm.

You can see these below.

Thanks Gino, that explains half of my confusion. I'm still confused about the tierods mounted to the lower side of the axles in the kit. The pics I have looked at from Prime Portal show no visible tierods hanging beneath the front of the axles. I thought maybe they were mounted at the top, or at least on the rear of the axles?
