I have found that these two manufacturers are very hard to get here in the USA, they seem to be more popular in he UK and Europe.

I tried humbrol acrylics a number of years ago ( so they may have changed) and found them pretty ordinary. They dried way too fast, and when dry were like a very thin plastic film that was far too easy to scratch and would peel off in big chunks.
I would hate to have tried airbrushing them without some kind of inhibitor.
They also reacted badly to anything other than water as a thinner. Both Tamiya acrylic thinner and alcohol turned them into a stringy useless mess.

I've just bought some of the revell acryllics - they brush reasonably well, thinned 50:50 with water/alcohol mix, and airbrush thinned about 20:80 with same mixer. Way too thick to do anything with un thinned.
