Hi guys,
Well below are my first attempts ever really since i was 15 at painting figures(30 now).
I had all of my British Infantry painted up,almost ready to put on my dio when a few people mentioned that the Warrior heads that used on my Tamiya British Infantry on patrol were not correct!They wore a Mk II helmet and not a paratrooper helmet.
Anyway reverted to the original Tamiya heads and they are about 80% done.Below is a sample pic of one of the new heads(better painted),and an old(wrong,poorly painted)one.
Any feedback or critics welcome!
BTW the nail will be removed :lol:

It is too much shadows to see the heads in the pic properly, but from what I can see it looks fine. A bit too brown may be a con...

The white background is throwing your light meter off too much to see the faces clearly.

It looks great to me. Nice detail within the eyes. Maybe a little bit of a dark hue, but it looks great.

Sorry for the quality of the pic,my camera is a horror to work with!This time round with the Tamiya heads i thinned my paint down alot,heads up to the guys on HF for the tips!The Tamiya heads weren't as bad as i thought.I'm going to do a weekend of painting figures soon for my next project..next time round i hope to hit the nail on the head(hehe) with my figures.Watchout Gino :-) !
