When your ranks stop displaying go to your profile and select a different set of ranks. Save it. Hopefully the new set will appear. Then go back and change it back to the rank you want to keep. Save it.

I have a question about ranks. What count is used to calculate the rank? If it's the total, I don't think the correct rank is displayed for me. Not that it really matters to me but I'm just kind of curious.
Thanks,
Scott

Hi Dave,
When I originally posted my question, I had a rank of Private First Class but then I tried Alan's suggestion of switching rank type then back again which ended up putting me at Private E-2 again. So it appears you are absolutely correct. It is site posts.
Thanks,
Scott
