Only new corrected decals. Otherwise it will be the 6182 kit.

Thanks for info Paweł.
Maybe it sounds selffish but would prefer polish or canadian markings (more for polish of course) with alluminium barrel added. That would be a nice special edition.

Patience my friend, patience - this edition is for DX Euro, so it will only include corrected markings for a tank of show VIP. It is nice that DML decided to at least redo decals - after all kit 6182 included markings for this tank, jut not very accurate ones.

(Jak dobrze pójdzie to w przyszłym roku będzie praktycznie kompletnie nowy model. Ale najpierw musimy skończyć M4A2, Shermana III, Firefly Ic i jeszcze coś nie zapowiedzianego )

Judging from the poster DML still havent corrected the suspension arms being
placed wrongly on their 1:72 Firefly (too far from the pins they should hang on)
I was wondering is there any chance that you Paweł can whisper a word to DML
about the issue? I reckon that if they'd knew that, they'd correct that with
the second of thier Shermans. Now we have third sherman with the same flaw.
Cheers

The model you see on the picture is built from various early test parts and even decals are not final.
Note that there are recessed "trenches" on glacis plate. In final kit these will be replaced with nice raised lines.

I apprieciate your help, but the problem is known and you may notice that I already removed the line you quoted from my original post. I realized that I don't remember what was in that kit, so I removed the text. Firefly suspension was corrected.

Pawel,
Is there any chance that any of the new Shermans or Firefly will be a premium kit? Do you know of a target date for release? I hope that you are allowed to answer such questions (though I will fully understand if you are not allowed to!)
Thanks.

There are no plans that I'm aware of for Premium M4 kits. I guess DML assumes that recent releases are good enough as they are and don't need to be re-released as Premiums
There are however plans for new tooling kits of more M4 variants (above those already announced), but I can't tell you anything more until DML announce them what probably won't happen for a few months.
Remember that Premium kit is old model with some new parts and small modifications to old parts. In case of M4 kits DML plan more radical improvements.

The 72nd scale one looks good. Can't wait to grab a couple. I am glad I did not shell out the almost $30 for the Eduard/ExtraTech Firefly.

I can't wait to see what what Dragon will offer with their future realeses.

Thanks, Pawel.
If you can, tell those people at Dragon that we need more Canadian and Polish decals in Firefly kits! I'd pay so much more for a kit to get more of said decals.

Interesting how this seems to have come about. In 2004 Military Modelling magazine ran an article on building 'Carole' of 13th/18th Hussars (Vol34 NO 7, 18 June-8 July), in which Peter Heath describes inaccuracies in the decal sheet in the Firefly Kitset.
A year later (V 35 No 7, June 17-July 7 2005) Ken Jones wrote an article about No 2 Troop, 'C' Squadron, and the Shermans of the 27th Armoured Brigade, after he had been contacted by Peter Kay who was the gunner of 'Carole'.
Now Dragon is releasing a new Carole, with a 1:6 action figure of Peter Kay.
