Marcin: Thanks! Yes, it's the 1/35 Tamiya kit and built totally out of box. It's pretty nicely detailed OOB. There is a PE set available for it, but having never used PE I shyed away from it.
The weathering process and detailed build-up can be seen here:

It'll eventually be part of a larger diorama so you'll see other items on the page as well.
