I'd like to point out the splatter along the edge of my brown; is this the result of my paint still being to thick? I've really thinned it down and have my adjustment set so that I can barely pull back my needle. If I set it below 10 PSI it barely squirts out, this is at around 18-19 PSI.

Thanks for your time guys.

Is it possible that the tip of the needle is bent or the needle shaft is not clean?

This would be my guess as well. Also, try setting your psi to about 12 or so and see if this helps. "Q"

Thanks guys, the needle did have a bur on the end of it that I removed and then sanded the tip. Another member suggested that I might have sanded too much. I guess maybe I should just purchase another needle.

There are deveral possibilities:
- needle
- tip
- wrong paint diluition
- wrong pressure
- airbrush needing cleaning
